JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for directing sales and business development in the Middle East region. Duties include identifying opportunities, assistance in market entry strategies, negotiating contracts; supporting channels partners; generating and qualifying leads; prepare and maintain sales action plans and strategies; plan and conduct direct Sales calls; manage product training and marketing seminars; maintain technical and professional knowledge; monitor and report sales activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: BS in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or related or equivalent. MBA preferred. Must have at least ten years’ experience in optical technology and networking gear. Experience with Telco operators in Middle east will be an added advantage. Travel or relocation to various unanticipated worksites throughout Middle East . Candidate should have a flair for people networking, must enjoy traveling, and be self-motivated to explore and expand Tejas’ market reach .
