Tejas Networks offers dense compact transmission solutions for 2G/3G/WIMAX deployments, with several 1U options for deployment at Base Station Sites. The modularity of Tejas equipment allows Service Providers to start with equipment configurations that suit current requirements and upgrade as required. Service Providers can not only upgrade in terms of interfaces on equipment, but also in terms of backhaul bandwidth. As an example, the TJ100CPE-4 can be set-up in STM-1 configuration to start of with, and be upgraded to STM-4 backhaul bandwidth as the network requirements go up.
