Mr. Shekar presently heads Team Tejas Cares, which includes Talent Attraction, Engagement, Deployment, Retention and Deployment. In addition, he oversees IT Infrastructure and Hospitality Services. Shekar is a HR professional with over 30 years experience in the field of talent engagement, deployment and development. He has held management positions in companies like ITC Ltd, CMC Ltd, WIPRO Ltd, Computer Point India Limited and UB Group (Liquor division). He has also been an independent HR consultant and has trained more than 6000 managers and executives.

Mr. Shekar completed his BA in (Economics, Sociology and Political Science) and BSc (Chemistry, Botony and Zoology) from Nagpur University. He holds a Management Degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
