Manufacturing
1. Sr. Executive – Purchase: (SEP)
-
- Identifying and developing alternate vendor source (Electronics components mainly) for achieving cost effective purchases of raw materials and out sourcing requirements.
- Settlement of commercial issues like pricing, payment terms, material liabilities, cost recoveries with the suppliers.
- Effective management of large supplier database.
- Assessment of the performance of vendors based on criteria such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery & credit terms, implementing and monitoring effective procurement schedules along with finalizing the specifications of the materials and establishing the quality & quantity limits.
- Expertise in dealings with the global suppliers, partnerships/strategic agreements with suppliers. Long term price agreements with the suppliers, VMI.
- Experience (5-8 years) in Large Telecom / Consumer Electronics Industry will be preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be a good team player with mobility.
- Should belief in organized way of working & able to handle pressure.
2. Program Manager:
Project Management Skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing in Bulk consumer good industry preferred
3. Manufacturing Quality Engineer:
-
Excellent analytical skills to understand, interpret the quality feedbacks, root cause analysis, CAPA.
Should have conducted quality audits (ISO 9001, 14001), knowledge of TL9000 will be added advantage
4. Quality Inspector:
- Experience in inspection of PCBA/product & process/cosmetic verification of Mechanicals.
- Exposure/working knowledge of ISO stds. Maintenance of quality records.
