1. Configuration Management Engineers
Experience: 4 – 8 Years
Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in managing software configuration management, build & installation for multiple product development company.

• Build and release management
• Manage the source control repository in CVS – controlling and monitoring check-in’s & create tags
• Areas of Multi-site setup and management.
• Expertise in Configuration management process.
• CM Process automation using scripts.

2. Sr. Engineer - Card Testing & Debugging
Experience: 3 - 5 Yrs
Atleast 2yrs of relevant experience in testing and debugging telecom products or complex high speed digital boards. 

• Should have sound knowledge on schematic diagram and PCB layout studying and  understanding.
• Fair knowledge on Digital design.
• Understanding of component level details.
• Interaction with Contract Manufacturer.
• Working on telecom products and testing accessories will be added advantage.

3. Switching/Routing / Signalling Software: (SRS)
Design & Development of software design of switching/routing/signaling software in state-of -the-art intelligent optical networks.

• Hands on development experience with routing/signaling protocols, Ethernet Switching.
• Activity on 802.1Q, MPLS & OSPF in a real time embedded system.
  

4. Hardware Engineer:
Hands on experience in design & verification of high end ASIC's and FPGA

• Strong digital design Concepts.
• Knowledge of ASIC/FPGA design flow using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies.
• Experienced in Verilog & VHDL and Sripting Languages
• Responsibility include developing/executing design and verification plan, model & environment development to verify multi-million gate ASIC.
• Telecom/Datacom experience a plus

5. EDA Tool Adminstrator and Engineer:
Hands on experience in automating EDA tool-flow and Lab Equipment

• Strong Scripting and Automation background
• Knowledge of ASIC/FPGA design flow using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Telecom/Datacom experience a plus.
• Responsibility to implement/enhance FPGA and target test-automation.

6. Embedded Device Driver:

• Experience with SDH protection system or link layer protocols will be an added advantage.
• Experience in IP,PPP,HDLC,LAPD ,Integrated ISIS,SNMP,HTTP,TLI shall be useful.
• Experience in network/character/ block device driver development in Linux environment shall be useful.

7. Embedded Network Element Software Development :(ENE)

• Experience in real time embedded system, developing system software optimized for performance, size and time is required.
• Excellent software coding skills in C++ and knowledge of OO design & patterns
• Experience in network management and agent development based on SNMP,TLI, HTTP protocols.

8. Testing & Regression Software: (TR) - Lead / Manager:
Experience in building or working in test/regression infrastructure is required.

• Familiarity with Scripting Languages like PERL/TCL.
• Working experience in QMS will be an added advantage.

9. Hardware Engineer - System & High Speed Board Design: (HSB)
Experience in developing SONET/SDH/Ethernet/DWDM transmissions systems.

• Experience with embedded processors, FPGA/CPLD/ASIC designs is required.
• Board & System level integrity issues
• Understanding of high reliability systems and redundancy mechanisms.
• Experience in designing for test/manufacturability is required.
• Experience in optical components (lasers, fillers, receivers) is a plus

10. Mechanical Designers: (MD)
Knowledge of SDRC-IDEAS/Pro Engineer,Flo Therm

• Experience in Mechanical designing for telecom products and participation in overall design cycle.
• Experience in System Testing, Component selection etc.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical discipline with 2-7 years experience in telecom sector.

11. Regulatory Compliance Engineer: (RCE)
Understanding and experience in handling of telecommunication products

• Should have prior knowledge of SDH/SONET add/drop multiplexer and digital cross-connect products from design/verification view point
• Ability to troubleshoot system/test failures to the subsystem or component level.
• Should be able to debug high speed digital design and analyze impacts of EMI/EMC
• Should be able to analyze the H/W design from Safety view point

12. NMS/EMS R&D Engineer: (NMS)

Experience: 1 - 15 Years
Understanding Requirements , Design, Development and Unit Testing for EMS/NMS products.

• Object Oriented software development using Core Java and Swing
• Distributed Object Oriented Architecture using CORBA
• Telecom experience with SONET, SDH and DWDM technologies
• Software development using LINUX and Windows environment
• Database Design and development skills using MySQL
• Experience with various communication protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP and TL1
• Experience in JSP, Servlet, AJAX, HTML, XML/XSL, Web-Services
• Experience in implementation of management standards such as TMF814, ITUT, Telcordia GRs etc.
