ICT Asset Inventory:

  • Updating all hardware & software serial no or identification tags or related details in to a database/repository/asset management tool and ensures information is up-to-date, accurate & auditable of all office locations centrally.
  • Allocating IT Resources HW & SW to users based on request & approval, updating details in inventory database, including mobile SIMs and Data cards.
  • Recovering IT Asset when the employee exit and records update.
  • Managing stock v/s required hardware/software/Accessories across the location.
  • Trigger the purchase requirement well in advance if any post internal approvals.
  • Report on usage, issues, etc
  • Spares, stores management, cost report.
  • Co-coordinating and documentation part for IT Asset shipment (Internal & external)  with logistics.
  • Asset auditing to ensure that physical assets & assets in record are in sync.

Telecom Service connections accounting and tracking:

  • Maintain the mobile and data card users list
  • Process the new connections
  • Process disconnection or transfer connection
  • Usage validation and approval for usage

Warranty & AMC of Servers and Networking equipment working 24*7*365 :

  • Maintain all IT Asset warranty & AMC details including vendor contact details.
  • Trigger warranty & AMC expire to concern person in advance.

HW Repair service management:

Maintain all IT Asset details sent for repair/replacement. Co-ordinate with team/user & vendor regarding repair/replacement. Inward and outward checking to ensure the items sent for repair to external agency were returned.

  • Breakdown maintenance, vendor management.

Invoice processing and payment update:

IT vendor bills verification, GRN, processing for payment after seeking internal approval, then follow up, update to vendors about the payment schedule.


Asst. Manager – Sales Operations (Govt. Accounts)

The Asst. Manager Sales Operations is responsible for providing operational leadership to the Sales Team.
This includes developing and executing the sales team’s Operational Plan, tracking sales open orders and maintaining the SAP.
This role is aimed at improving operational effectiveness, while allowing the existing Sales Manager to focus on partnership and account mapping.
A strong in‐depth knowledge of Sales cycles and Sales strategies is imperative for this role

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage day to day Sales Operations functions of the team and ensure that he/she consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics
  • Act as a liaison/partner between the Sales Team and other internal customers
  • Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals
