Tejas Networks, an emerging leader in carrier grade communication infrastructure equipment, announced today that it has received the Voice & Data Emerging Company of 2007 Award from Mr. Nripendra Misra, Chairman, TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) yesterday at a high profile awards ceremony in New Delhi.
This award, instituted by the Voice & Data, for the first time, acknowledges the most promising emerging company of the year based on a variety of considerations such as technological innovation, business model, potential to scale globally and financial success.

The Voice & Data Awards ceremony was held at Le Meridien, New Delhi in the presence of Mr. Nripendra Misra, Chairman, TRAI, along with many senior executives from the Telecom Industry.
